If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give us at least two days notice. Any appointment scheduled at our office is in agreement with the following policies:
- Any appointment not cancelled within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.
- Any failed/missed/cancelled appointments (two) or more times, is subject to this office not scheduling the patient again and forfeiting any promotions applicable to the appointment.
